Faulty Items

We highly doubt that this will occur, but if you do happen to receive a faulty item from Queen’s Gift, please email us at info@queensgiftjewelry.com with the following, and we will notify you of next steps:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Order Number
  • Photo/s of the issue
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange

Please note: Our lifetime warranty refers to product tarnishing, not items which are broken or damaged.

30-day return policy

Here at Queen’s Gift we have a 30-day return policy, during which you can return items you have purchased for a refund or store credit. In order to be eligible, the items you are returning must be unused and in the same condition and packaging they were received in (including free gifts).

Return Shipping Cost

While we are happy to provide a full refund or store credit, we will not be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and providing a tracking number for proof of return.

Refund

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your account via the original method of payment. Any promotional discounts will be taken into account. Your refund may take 2-10 business days to process. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact your bank or credit card provider or email us at info@queensgiftjewelry.com

Exchanges

We offer store credit if you would like to exchange for a different item. Once your return has been approved we will contact you with next steps.

Partial Refunds

If you wish to return part of your order, we will issue a proportionate refund or store credit.

Bundles

Any bundles are tracked as 1 item. If you are returning a bundle you must return everything included in the order, including any free gifts, in order to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
