30-day return policy

Here at Queen’s Gift we have a 30-day return policy, during which you can return items you have purchased for a refund or store credit. In order to be eligible, the items you are returning must be unused and in the same condition and packaging they were received in (including free gifts).

Over here at Queen's Gift we offer a Lifetime Warranty against tarnishing on all of our products just to show you how much we believe in them.

If for any reason it does, a free replacement will be provided to you.

Our Stainless Steel pieces are designed to require minimal care. Placing them in a bowl with water and a gentle detergent will get the job done.
